I’ve been getting non-stop calls from NCB Management for a few weeks now. Some of the numbers they use are 215-633-9093 and 866-615-6222. They call my cell constantly, sometimes late at night, and have even called my workplace after I asked them not to. One caller was pretty rude and made a vague threat about wage garnishment, which I’m pretty sure they can’t just do without a lawsuit.



I looked them up and saw they're a real debt collection agency based in Trevose, PA, but with a ton of complaints for harassment. I know about the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), but a verbal request to stop hasn’t worked.



Has anyone here successfully sent a cease and desist letter to stop the NCB Management harassment? Or filed a complaint with the CFPB? I just found this guide about it, but would love to hear what actually worked for real people. Any advice is appreciated!
