The F-Pace feels like it's wallowing over every dip (60 views)

I've had my F-Pace for about three years now and it's always been a brilliant all-rounder, but lately the ride has become really unsettled and I'm starting to dread driving it on anything other than perfectly smooth roads. The car seems to pitch and wallow over every undulation, and I can feel every expansion joint through the steering wheel, which is really unlike the composed ride I remember from when I first bought it. I'm fairly certain the front shock absorbers are past their best because there's a noticeable bounciness over speed bumps and the car doesn't settle quickly after hitting a dip. I've been putting off getting them replaced because I know it's going to be pricey, but I can't keep driving it like this because it's genuinely ruining the driving experience. A mate of mine who has an XF mentioned that he had his done recently and found a workshop that could source genuine parts and do the work without keeping his car for days on end. I've been looking for a Quick Jaguar shock absorber replacement in Al Quoz because I've heard that area has a few specialists who actually know these cars and can get the job done efficiently. Has anyone here had their F-Pace shocks replaced recently and can give me an idea of what I should expect to pay? Also, do these cars need any kind of software recalibration after the new shocks are fitted, or is it just a straight swap and you're good to go? I really want to get the ride quality back to where it should be because this car is too good to be ruined by worn out components.
