  Editing Product Photos (12 views)

Im helping with a small online project and need product photographs that look consistent across a collection. Are there AI tools that can clean up images, improve lighting, and create suitable backgrounds without requiring a professional photography setup?

The idea came to me after looking at an old photo from a concert. A friend had been supposed to come with us but changed his plans at the last minute, so he was missing from every picture we took. Years later I thought it would be funny to recreate the scene and see if I could add him digitally. I chose https://overchat.ai/image/add-person-to-photo for the experiment and started with a fairly clear photo of him. I uploaded that together with the concert picture and gave a short description of where he should stand. I didn't write anything complicated because the instructions suggested that a simple description of position and interaction is enough. The first result placed him reasonably well, although his size was slightly off. I then searched through my photos and found another reference where he was photographed from a similar distance. That made a noticeable difference. The second version fitted the scene much better, especially around the proportions and perspective. What I found interesting was that I could experiment without manually cutting the person out and blending the edges. Normally I'd have to deal with masks, color correction, shadows, and a bunch of small details. Here most of that was handled automatically. I ended up keeping one version as a funny reminder of the trip, even though the original photo never included him.
