From an engineering perspective, proper planning always plays a key role in successful housing projects. When the structure, process, and resource management are clearly defined, the overall execution becomes much smoother.

Recently, I was learning about the ACAG Program, and it seems like a well-organized initiative that focuses on improving housing accessibility through a more structured approach. What I found interesting is how clear steps and better planning can reduce confusion for applicants.

In many cases, projects fail not because of lack of resources but due to poor communication and unclear processes. When information is simple and easy to follow, more people can actually benefit.

Do you think better planning is enough for successful housing systems, or should more focus be given to user awareness as well?
