I found a 2017 Mazda CX-9 in Downtown Dubai that I really like. The seller is holding it for me for a week while I arrange financing. I'm planning to get an inspection but I'm not sure if I should do it now or wait until closer to the purchase date. The seller seems honest but I'm worried that if I get it inspected today and then don't buy for another week, something could break in between. Also, what if the seller fixes something minor after the inspection without telling me? I found a company that offers Efficient Inspection Dubai Downtown and they said the report is valid for the condition on that day only. Should I wait until the day before I hand over the money? The seller is getting impatient and wants me to commit. Any advice on timing the inspection would be great. Thanks.
