Has Employee Appraisal Software Actually Made Performance Reviews Easier? (64 อ่าน)

I’ve been looking into different ways companies are handling employee performance reviews, and I’m curious to hear what others are experiencing.

In many workplaces, appraisals are still managed through spreadsheets, emails, and documents. The process can become especially difficult when there are multiple managers involved or when employees need regular feedback throughout the year. It’s easy to lose track of goals, previous feedback, or important review deadlines.

This is one reason I’ve started looking into Employee Appraisal Software. Platforms such as HRTion can help bring goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, self-assessments, and employee development into one organized system. Instead of maintaining separate spreadsheets and documents, HR teams and managers can manage important performance-related information from a centralized platform.

What I like about this approach is the possibility of making performance conversations more regular. Instead of an employee hearing feedback only once a year, managers can provide smaller updates throughout the year and address issues before they become bigger problems.

I’m still wondering how much difference these tools make in real workplaces. For those who have implemented Employee Appraisal Software, what has your experience been? Did it actually save time, improve feedback, or make performance reviews more meaningful?
