If placements are your main concern while choosing a BBA college in MP, I would suggest looking at more than just the placement percentage mentioned on a college website.

For BBA students, the type of job offered is important. Marketing, sales, HR, finance, operations and business development are some areas where graduates may start their careers. So I would check whether the college has placement opportunities related to the area you actually want to pursue.

I would also look at internship support. In my opinion, internships can be particularly useful during BBA because they give students some understanding of workplace expectations before graduation.

Another thing to check is whether companies regularly interact with students through guest lectures, workshops, training sessions or campus recruitment. These activities can give students exposure beyond classroom learning.

There are different BBA colleges in MP, and students around Jabalpur can also consider Mangalayatan University, Jabalpur while making a comparison. I wouldn't choose it or any other college solely on a placement claim. Compare the course, fees, faculty, internships, facilities and available placement information together.

Also, remember that your own skills matter a lot. Communication, Excel, presentation skills, basic analytics and problem-solving can make a difference when applying for entry-level roles.

If anyone has recent placement experience from a BBA college in MP, it would be useful to know what kind of roles and companies students actually received, rather than just hearing a general placement figure.
