Avoid vague RFQs when sourcing industrial rack PCs/displays. Compare quotes using the same specs, interfaces, options, lead times, and total cost of ownership (including spares). Confirm order requirements (model/part numbers, mounting and power constraints) before PO; validate supplier capability and documentation for repeatable delivery. Review industrial rack PC displays carefully.
